Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential customers at events and exhibitions to promote our renovation advisory service.
• Effectively communicate Realms renovation advisory service to generate interest and close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Assist with event setup, including arranging product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities and make recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail, construction or events environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems, tablets, and CRM software.

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours based on event schedules.
• Starting pay is $20 per hour, with uncapped commission potential averaging $2000/event
• Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis, with commissions awarded for successful sales.
