HVAC Technician Job Description:
- Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to HVAC and electrical equipment as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan.
- Other general duties for building maintenance.
- Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance now of preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for executing daily tours to ensure its building is operational.
- Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with its colleagues.
Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklists related to HVAC. - Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation.
- Providing support to the On-Site Supervisor on task order quotations.
