Junior Accountant
A company located in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Junior Accountant on a contract to hire basis. Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field along with internship or corporate accounting experience.
Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant
- Processing transactions
- Invoicing
- Reconciling accounts
- Journal entries
- Posting cash receipts
- Reporting
- Account analysis
- Assisting with the month-end closing
- Other accounting clerical related functions
Requirements of the Junior Accountant
- 1-2 plus years of recent corporate accountant or internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- prior experience working with a computerized accounting software
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Analytical and detailed oriented background
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034
Pay Range: $25hr-$30hr
