Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Tampa office as a member of our newly established global talent operations team. This team is responsible for maintaining integrity for and ensuring correct access and use of our talent, position management and performance management data.
You will work closely with the HR and talent leaders supporting our firm functions to maintain data integrity, provide leverage and help coordinate and complete key talent, position management and performance management activities. You will support seven major integrated functions (e.g., finance, people, legal, etc.) that account for ~16,000 colleagues in the firm. You will be affiliated with the People function and will have exposure to core talent areas include recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, learning and development, engagement, planning, compensation administration and firm member relations.

What You'll Do

You will support the areas of Talent, Position Management, and Performance Management. You will ensure that our HR system is properly used, has correct access rights, and that its data is complete and correct. In this role, you will support and improve processes. You will set and execute data standards, as well as design and conduct audits. You will triage and execute internal “customer” requests, as well as educate these “customers” on proper use of, maintenance of, and access to data and tools. You will also provide system support when needed.
You will support three core areas of our HR system in this role: Talent, Position Management, and Performance Management. Based on your experience and interests, you will spend most of your time supporting one area but will be expected to understand and work on initiatives and tasks related to all areas. Some examples of more specific work tasks related to each area of coverage can be found below.
Talent
You will support HR & Talent by preparing monthly audits of Talent data, coordinating the correct reports for individual HR & Talent managers, and directly executing, or coordinating execution of, needed changes that arise from these audits. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that updates to Talent-related data are executed correctly in our HR system, as requested by HR & Talent managers. You will ensure correct processes and approvals are followed for Talent-related data changes, to ensure proper data integrity. Lastly, you will educate HR & Talent managers on process and data submission templates required for mass Talent-related data changes.
Position Management
You will triage and execute cases submitted to the Talent Operations ServiceNow queue by internal “customers” requesting Position Management changes. You will educate internal “customers” on Position Management processes, best practices, and use and access, as well as firm-wide and function-specific guidelines and procedures. You will identify and execute Position Management process and data improvements (including potential self-serve and/or automation opportunities), share best practices, and ensure that all processes are properly documented and adhered to. You will develop and run reports and audits to support data integrity, then use findings from the reports to work with core function/cell leadership, as well as HR & Talent managers, to identify Position Management changes needed to increase data integrity for their function/cell. Lastly, you will provide limited technical support and system education.
Performance Management
You will support our new performance management tool and related processes, including conducting first order triage, data quality checks, and education of internal “customers”. You will send reminders about key deadlines and expectations and ensure firm-wide and function-specific processes and expectations are clear. You will pull reports, statistics, and data as requested, as well as monitor access levels and provide limited technical support and system education. Lastly, you will coordinate review processes for colleagues, with special focus on senior colleagues (e.g., scheduling, meeting planning, day-of logistics, including technical support, tracking attendance, ensuring meeting documents are loaded into the system).
This will be a temporary role which will be 12 months in duration. There is potential for the duration to be extended, or for the role to be converted to permanent, at the end of the 12 months, but this is not guaranteed.
