Junior level IT Professional with general IT experience.
Enterprise System Administration and documentation skills required.
Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
Production support skills. Be able to contact other IT departments for problem triage and resolution.
Experience with Dell Cyber Recovery Vault solution and/or RSA Archer GRC platform is a plus, but not required.
Experience with/exposure to Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Data Protection/Malware Response programs in a large complex organization is a plus, but not required.
