The firm was founded by Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland, two of the most successful executives in the Beverly Hills real estate community. The firm specializes in the communities of Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Westwood, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and West Hollywood. We are looking for a Junior Designer and Marketing Associate.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based in Beverly Hills.

The successful candidate must have:

• 3+ years of successful experience in design and marketing
• Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Ps, InD) and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain efficiency
• A team mentality and be able to deal with big personalities
• Ability to multitask well and meet all deadlines

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor Social Media accounts
• Assisting the marketing team in all daily task
• Designing print marketing material
• Maintaining brand standards and guidelines
• Interact with Real Estate Agents, regularly, to help with all their marketing needs
• Provide the highest level of service possible
• And other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director
