We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client facing tasks and a passion for design. They should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide creative solutions that meet their goals and budget
• Source finishes and furnishings for residential and commercial projects, including selecting materials, finishes, and fabrics, and working with vendors to place orders
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
• Assist with the creation of design concepts and plans, including layout, furniture selection, and space planning
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
• Participate in project meetings and take on additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a client facing role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt and wear many hats in a small and growing company
• Passion for design and a strong attention to detai

Pay: $33,832.91 - $70,734.31 per year
