Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the Operations / HR Lead & Other Department Heads through sourcing, contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates.

Important: Fluent English and having a (preferably AA/AAA) game development studio or publisher experience is a must!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

• Research Skills and Working Knowledge of Recruiting Platforms
• Experience in recruitment KPI's & OKR's
• Recruiting experience with ideally a mix of candidates including artists, engineers, game designers and those within the blockchain space is desirable
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
• Corporate recruiting experience within a multi-national environment
• Fluency in English is a must
• A minimum of 1/2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required
