Job description
Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in providing administrative support to designated functions.

This position is located in Page, Arizona.

- Performs administrative work in support of designated functions
- Coordinates and reviews the activities of operational units
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates of support personnel
- Develops and implements new or revised operating procedures
- Plans and implements assigned projects
- Assists in preparation and administration of budget
- Prepares and maintains records and reports
- Assist in collecting revenues and maintain revenue reports
- Assist in managing department computer applications
Three years progressively responsible general office and clerical experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity; OR, any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
The ideal candidate would have previous supervisory experience and would have a minimum of 3 years working in a limited jurisdiction court.
Preferred Qualifications include prior Limited Jurisdiction Court experience; prior experience working with AJACS, and prior supervisory experience.

This position is non-exempt from overtime.
- Considerable knowledge of
- Standard office practices and procedures

- Working knowledge of:
- Governmental accounting, including purchasing and budget preparation
- Principles of management and supervision
- The uses of technology in modern office

- The use of automated office equipment and related software

- Make sound decisions in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Work safely and support the culture of workplace safety
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
