Kitchen Job Responsibilities

Work our charcuterie line and kitchen line.

Create beautiful charcuterie displays for our guests.

Hospitably engage with guests and provide samples for guests who have questions about our current meats or cheeses, our process for curing and pickling, and/or our handmade meat slicers.

Prep food items in small batches daily.

Maintain our strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation over-and-above those required by the health department.

Rigorously ensure proper food rotation to ensure everything is done FIFO.

Complete temperature logs as required by the Larimer County health department.

Make and plate every food item perfectly, every time.

Enjoy a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail.

Clean and sanitize the kitchen completely every night.

Occasional dish shifts are required and pay the same rate.

Position requires teamwork, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay $15/hr with a 3 week performance review.
