Job Responsibilities:

The DDS Laborer is responsible for assisting in the task at hand working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Previous Construction experience is preferred but not required.
This position is required to perform the following functions:

• Safety minded individual
• Complete assignments by SAFELY and efficiently performing tasks at hand on the job site.
• The Laborer has a physically strenuous and demanding job.
• Understanding of construction environment, company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
• Able to operate a backhoe or smaller type of equipment as required.

Job Qualifications:

Skills and Experience

• OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Valid Driver’s License and/or CDL preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time, with flexible hours inclusive of weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or Vocational training in a closely related field

• 2 – 4 years Construction Laborer experience

• Mechanically inclined
