Job Responsibilities:
The DDS Laborer is responsible for assisting in the task at hand working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Previous Construction experience is preferred but not required.
This position is required to perform the following functions:
- Safety minded individual
- Complete assignments by SAFELY and efficiently performing tasks at hand on the job site.
- The Laborer has a physically strenuous and demanding job.
- Understanding of construction environment, company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
- Able to operate a backhoe or smaller type of equipment as required.
Job Qualifications:
Skills and Experience
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30
- Valid Driver’s License and/or CDL preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of time, with flexible hours inclusive of weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or Vocational training in a closely related field
- 2 – 4 years Construction Laborer experience
- Mechanically inclined
