Administrative Assistant - Part Time

  • The Administrative Assistant is an employee of the Lake Winnebago Home Owners Association
  • Pay periods run on a two week rotation, unless other arrangements are made
  • Main place of business is 12 Winnebago Drive
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Approximately 24 - 32 hours per week
  • $16.50 per hour, no benefits included

Basic Function:

  • To support the Administrator and the other Administrative Assistant/Committee Liaison in the daily operation of the Lake Winnebago Home Owner's Association
  • Executive special projects, as needed

Specific Duties:

  • Assist addintional office staff and committee members with resident questions/concerns that come in via phone, email, or in person
  • Daily filing and up keep of customer files along with scanning files to the cloud
  • Label and mailing preparation of the monthly Lake Winnebago Signal newsletter
  • Distribute seasonal boat and dock permits
  • update the Lake Winnebago Facebook page when needed
  • Coordinate new resident welcome information and welcome bags
  • Maintain all shelter house reservations
  • Maintain all pontoon trailer reservations
  • Maintain community roster
  • Maintain current lake patrol binder and mail tickers along with letter
  • Assist in Boat Committee, Signal Committee, and Architecture Committee meeting minutes
  • Answer questions about the approval process, paperwork, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Greenwood, MO 64034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
