Hello! We are a small gardenscape business that mainly focusses on the design, maintenance and installation of highly specialized perennial gardens and containers. Depending on the project, we may incorporate landscape lighting, perennials, annuals, shrubs, small ornamental trees, small hardscaping and water features.

Pay: $20.00 Per Hour (May go higher depending on experience.)

Roles of a Kinsch Design Gardener: Basic responsibilities can include: Maintaining and/or installing client gardens by planting, cleaning, staking, fertilizing, weeding, cleaning, raking, mulching, or and managing overall plant care. We will also train the right individual!

You will be responsible for getting yourself to and from a designated client location. Our select client base is mainly concentrated in Palatine, Barrington, Inverness and Rolling Meadows.

Qualifications:

• A love for working outdoors in all its elements (weather, bugs, dirt, etc.)
• Ability to bend, crouch, and lift for multiple hours a day
• Able to work independently as well as in a group
• Reliable, communicative, hard-working

Experience: NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

But would be a plus to have some experience in:

• Plant identification (specifically weeds vs perennials)
• Organic gardening methods
• Fine pruning
• Driving a truck with trailer
