Personal injury law firm in Culver City is looking for a receptionist.

Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 14 years. We are a client-oriented law firm and we believe in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys, and providers to get the job done.

Receptionists assist attorneys, paralegals, and case managers with the following:

- Greeting clients and visitors;

- Answering phone calls, transferring phone calls to the appropriate person, taking messages, monitoring e-fax account, and forwarding faxes to the intended recipient;

- Data entry and claim opening;

- Scheduling appointments.

To that end, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
- must possess excellent communication skills;

- must possess excellent computer user skills;
- diligent, punctual, professional, reliable, respectful;

- able to follow direction and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

This is a full-time position available now. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.
