Position Title: Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Department: Aesthetic Services
Reports to: Owner/Franchisee/Spa Manager/Medical Director
Coordinate Positions: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners work closely with an overseeing Physician, Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, and Spa Manager
Subordinate Positions: Medical or Nurse Assistant/ RN
Position Summary (Purpose):
- Provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation
- Screening guests and assessing patients’ skin related health concerns and other skin issues such as aging
- Prepare guests procedures and conducting post procedure consultation
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize medical tools
- Working with Aesthetitians, RN’s and GES to provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Assist and comply with all HIPAA and OSHA federal and state regulations
- Participate and provide ongoing trainings as requested by management
- Participate in internal and external events as needed
- Be diligent in adhering to Company standards, scripts and protocol
- Assisting management as needed in maintaining medical supply
- Administering non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as PDO threads, peels
Participate in and provide training to newer associates as needed by management;
anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet- rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, body contouring, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels, IV therapy
bonuses, incentives, PTO, medical, dental, vision benefits after 90 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
