We are looking for a qualified, professional lead carpenter who possesses the desire and ability to complete all phases of residential construction, with the potential for growth for a motivated team member.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of residential renovations and all carpentry materials. An understanding of framing, finish work, cabinetry, custom carpentry, light electrical-plumbing-mechanical, exteriors, interiors, tile, floor coverings, waterproofing necessary. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.

Requirements
- Good attitude with ability to think and problem solve.
- Willingness to learn as well as teach to maintain continuous improvement in our workforce.
- Proven experience as lead/master carpenter.
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using all electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Willingness to always follow safety guidelines.

Salary: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
