Position Description ::
- This person would be our lead for data analysis & insight recommendations supporting the Live Sales Chat Customer Experience team. As a major part of our business, Sales Chat continues to deliver a strong customer experience. In order to continue to grow our experience, added focus is needed to understand & build insights based on data to help drive our business forward. This person would need to be able to assess complex problems & identify solutions.

- Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on large sets of data

- Experience building innovate products & solutions
