Fiesta Winery has an exciting opportunity for a Hostess to join our dynamic team at our Fredericksburg 290 Tasting Room for Saturdays and some Sundays only.
The Hostess at Fiesta Winery “fights” for exceptional service, while boasting a naturally curious and outgoing personality to welcome guests and ensure a positive initial impression. The Host should have the ability to work cohesively with a team, while remaining calm and working effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate takes cues from guests’ behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction and happiness and addresses any issues that arise in a proactive manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests and directs them to the correct station for their wine tasting and wine education in a manner consistent with the Fiesta Winery brand
- Follow opening and closing procedures to maximize efficiency
- Availability to work primarily Saturdays plus quarterly Wine Club events
- Communicate with guests, co-workers, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner. Must be people and hospitality oriented
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in customer service
- 1+ years' experience in wine industry hospitality a plus
REQUIREMENTS * Must be at least 21 years of age
