Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef
Job description
Looking for an energetic, seasoned Line Cook that can work evening shift. Job location is off Hwy 280 near Greystone.
Pay Rate: $17-18 /hr depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately and consistently delivering food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
- Proper work station maintenance; maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment at all times
- Eagerness to learn under the direction and supervision of our Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Management staff
- Working within a culture of teamwork and togetherness to ensure the entire team is working toward our common goals
- Ready, willing and able to fill in at all other positions as needed to ensure uninterrupted quality service and customer satisfaction
- May work a varying schedule including mornings and evening shifts depending on levels of business at the club
- Weekends and Holidays required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
