Position Summary
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting and repairing all production equipment
- Trouble shooting and repairing all support and facility equipment
- Installing and changing electrical circuits as needed
- Accomplish preventative maintenance routines
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments
- Research of part numbers and placing parts orders as needed
- Able to perform in a team environment
- Required following all safety rules, use of proper PPE, and report any safety concerns
Experience and Education Required
- High school education or equivalent
- Mechanical ability and electrical skills
- Ability to use various hand tools, hydraulic presses, air wrenches, electric motors, air gauges, bearing pre-load press, parts washer, and arbor press
- May be required to operate a forklift
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally
- Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours
