Assist in the oversight and support of the Staffing & Patient Flow Coordinators. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and bed assignment functions. The Lead will assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the Staffing Office. In this role, the lead will assist with the guidance of policies and procedures and implementation of routine practices. The Lead will be responsible for understanding the staffing ratios, and work closely with Nursing Supervisors and Nursing Leaders on units in managing staffing and productivity levels.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Associate’s/2 year degree and three (3) years’ experience in staffing/scheduling in a healthcare environment required.
5 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of Associate’s degree.
