The Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program is a 30-36 month program that is not only a job opportunity, but a development program that will help you grow both personally and professionally. As a participant, you will work as a Senior Level Leader at one of our Chick-fil-A restaurants in Suwanee and/or Duluth Georgia under the guidance of Brad Williams, Owner/Operator. Brad is a multi-unit Operator who has a proven history of developing over 30 leaders who have become Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators or full time employees at the Chick-fil-A Support Center.


Target Candidate

  • Four year college degree (ideal)
  • Two years of leadership experience in work or school
  • Ability and willingness to commit to a 30-36 months employment and development opportunity
  • Strong leaders looking for intentional leadership development to establish themselves as a business leader
  • Servant teachable heart Demonstrate the Character, Chemistry and Competence of the Chick-fil-A brand

These leadership skills will transfer into any future business endeavor. We strive to help leaders see and reach their potential. In this program you will:

  • Be a servant leader that lead respectfully with honor, dignity and respect


I am glad you are interested and beginning the process for our Leadership Development Process (LDP), “Leadership for Life”. This will be your guide for your journey. This program lasts approximately 30-36 months. Not everything you need to know is in this document, but it is a map to get you through the process and it allows for you to take the initiatives needed to become a great “Entrepreneurial Leader”. You are responsible for your journey, execution and path, you own it. We do not fill your leadership cup, but we empty our cups, so you can become the leader that plays to your strengths and helps us grow our High Performance Organization. This is a big step and one that I do not take lightly and I know you do not either. As you embark on this journey there are a lot of things that we need to work on together and a lot you need to work on individually. Be ready to lean into the initiatives, resources, fellow leaders and Operator to become and grow into the best leader you can become.


REQUIREMENTS


In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
