Capital Management is looking to hire a full-time Leasing Agent. We are looking for a motivated person who enjoys helping customers and building relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which include providing leasing information, and making appointments.
- Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
