We are interviewing candidates for a Full-time Leasing Consultant for The Livano Uptown. The Livano Uptown is a 292-unit Class-A apartment community located in the Thonotosassa area of Northeast Tampa. We are interviewing sales-oriented professionals who love the fast pace and energy of a lease up and are willing to work the long hours needed for the community's success. The ideal candidate is experienced with sales, marketing, event planning, possesses a positive can-do attitude, customer service and relationship building. Lease up experience preferred with the rewards of lease up structured commissions and bonuses. Weekends are required and some evenings for resident events.

LEASING CONSULTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years' experience as a Leasing Professional in Property Management or sales with a proven track record
- Lease up or new construction experience on Class A property preferred
- Experienced with virtual and in person community tours
- Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) with proven skills
- Superior marketing skills (familiar with the local market)
- Enthusiastic, Outgoing and Professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work weekends & late hours
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events
- High sales performer and strong closer
- Creative Thinker
- Exceptional customer service & relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of Yardi preferred
