About the opportunity:

We are seeking a strong Leasing Consultant. Our beautiful property has over 500 units. We prefer applicants with one year of relevant experience in a similar role. Weekends are required.

What are some of the responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant?

• Warmly greet prospective residents
• Qualify and determine the needs and preferences of prospects
• Professionally present community and specific apartments
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them accordingly
• Promptly respond to leads via phone or email to schedule a tour

Requirements:

• We prefer applicants with one year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Superb customer service experience
• Able to work on weekends
• The ability to close the sale!
• A positive attitude
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite is a plus!
• A valid driver's license
