We also provide tier 1 and level 2 support for fortune 1000s: specifically healthcare, financials institutes and compliance required companies.
Job Description:
- Type up basic legal documents and correspondence
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Handle communications with clients witnesses etc.
- Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
- Draft the first copy of legal documents
- Organize all legal documents in a confidential way
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Proven work as a legal assistant
- Familiarity with law, legal procedure and protocols, and court systems
- Excellent secretarial and organization skills
- Legal assistant certification or diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
- Ability to stay updated on regulatory compliance changes for multiple states
