Duties
- Following basic and well-established library procedures, performs duties related to circulation, acquisition, disposal of library materials, and collection maintenance and preservation.
- This includes charging/discharging library materials, processing overdues, repairing damaged materials and explaining library policies to patrons.
- Shelves books and materials in accordance with library SOP.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
- Must possess the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service.
Qualifications
- Must possess a High School Diploma OR Two (2) years high school education plus Three (3) months of work experience
- Must be able to work varying shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
