Bay Ridge Sunset Park Dialysis Center is currently looking for a Per Diem Social Worker to join our team! Must have a LMSW/LCSW . Hemodialysis experience preferred . We are located in the heart of Bay Ridge with parking on premises. The Renal Social Worker is responsible for assessing the psycho social and financial needs of our Hemodialysis and Peritoneal patients. This entails counseling patients and their respective families.
