Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Full Time
Under the direction of the MD the Clinical Social Worker will perform social work services for patients of all ages. The Clinical Social Worker will provide assessments, crisis intervention, and individual/group psychotherapy.
Qualifications - Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work. Minimum of 3 years social work or mental health experience. Other certifications as required.
Essential Tasks - Conducts clinical interviews of patients, families and significant others to obtain information on personal, social, emotional, medical and family history in order to complete social work assessment. Actively participates in department meetings to contribute to the diagnosis and treatment plan of care for patient. Provides psychoeducation and crisis intervention to patients and families utilizing individual treatment modalities. Communicates with Providers to monitor patient's progress. Maintains patient's records in compliance with all applicable standards.
