Licensed Clinical Social Worker
***$5,000 Sign-On Bonus***
Deer Oaks – The Behavioral Health Solution is a multi-site psychological practice with service locations throughout the United States. We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy and neuropsychological testing to residents in long-term care facilities. Deer Oaks requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID as a condition of employment.
COVID-19 considerations: PPE provided for all clinicians providing in-person services (includes mask, face shield, gown, etc.). Telehealth may be available on a temporary basis depending on location.

Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of VA
Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
