Licensed Locksmith Manager
Qualifications
Experience with lock mechanisms and systems, including automotive locks
Experience with and knowledge about key equipment
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills
Friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist customers
Management experience, including ability to multitask, maintain a positive work environment and ensure productivity of multiple employees
Ensuring sales goals are met, working with marketing team to promote and host events, keep website up to date, respond to online customer inquiries/reviews, and promote business through social media
Responsibilities
You are responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of both automotive and standard locks with assistance of our Licensed Locksmiths
You handle a variety of shop work, including copying keys, re-keying, picking locks, and cutting to code
You are responsible for assisting customers with vehicle and home lockouts, responding to service calls and emails, and other standard office duties
You are responsible for creating automotive keys and program transponders As you work, you make sure to keep accurate timesheets, track service call tickets, and manage inventory items
This position is full-time and typically works between the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM on weekdays and every other Saturday
