Role: Licensed Physical Therapist
Location: Lander, WY-82520
Position: Full Time + Benefits + Sign on Bonus, Housing Allowances & Relocation.
Requirements:
#Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License.
#Valid Drivers License.
#Active BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities:
#Practices within the Rules and Regulations and Practice Act set by the Board of Physical Therapy of the State of Wyoming.
#Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment.
#Correctly administers physical therapy techniques/modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals.
#Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures.
#Trains patient/care giver in use of assistive equipment.
#Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment.
#Completes all documentation required in a timely manner.
#Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,224.19 - $115,928.29 per year
