Brillion West Haven is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses. We are looking for full-time or part time and have openings on all shifts. Positions do require an every other weekend rotation and a holiday schedule. As a Licensed Practical Nurse your essential job duties (but not limited to) would be...

• Assist and oversee medication management of residents.
• Assess health stated and effectiveness of treatments for residents.
• Ensure dietary and elimination needs of residents are being met.
• Record physician orders and ensure proper implementation.
• Document in resident's medical records per facility policy.
• Oversee resident caregivers in their various responsibilities as they relate to resident care.
• Provide resident care as needed on the floor to assist caregivers

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
