Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Fountain Blue Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Macon is currently recruiting for skilled and talented LPN's. Our goal is to provide quality care to our residents and we need you to accomplish that,

Must be a Licensed Nurse currently licensed by the State.

• Monitor resident activity and provide nursing care as directed by an RN and according to Physician's orders, care plans, established standards and facility policies.
• Coordinate and assist or prepare for new admissions, transfers, and discharge of residents as directed.
• Prepare and administer medications
• Sign, date and perform all charting and record-keeping in accordance with established policies and procedures

Pay: $20.50 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Care plans: 1 year (Required)
• Medication administration: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
