The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is the heart and soul of the skilled nursing facility. The LPN is responsible for recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature and implementing resident's care plan in accordance with the RN, Director of Nursing and physican's care plan.
