Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary
Medication administration and treatment administration. Ratio dependent on acuity and unit.
Charge Nurse role for oversight of certified nursing assistants to monitor care provided.
Team member to monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident's plan of care
Participate in the care planning process
Reporting to Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor/ADON
