Job Description: Creative Health Services, Inc. continues to expand our School Based Counseling Program in which schools have private pay agreements with our agency. Each school year these contracted positions are for 180 days at 7.5 hours per day. The positions are within the Boyertown, Pottstown, and Collegeville areas.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Attending IEP team and/or parent meetings.
• Provide behavioral consultant services to the school faculty as needed.
• Provide individual therapy, provide psycho-educational groups as needed.
• Facilitate referrals for additional mental health services as needed.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Services field with a LPC, LMFT, LSW
• Experience working in a school setting a plus.
