About Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc.: Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. (Strategic ACI) is a member of the Agile Support Alliance Joint Venture, LLC. The joint venture recently announced that it was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the EMERALD Program. EMERALD is a procurement vehicle for life-cycle acquisition management, strategic financial, and business management support services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The contract has a one-year base plus four one-year option periods and a ceiling of $849 million. The EMERALD acquisition vehicle is structured as an agency-wide, small business set-aside program. EMERALD is the follow-on for the Resource, Decision, and Acquisition Support (RDAS) contract.
Strategic ACI is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Strategic ACI provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. As a Senior Lifecycle Acquisition Specialist, you will provide a broad range of acquisition and systems engineering subject matter expertise support as well as coordination duties in support of the contract officer representatives (COR) and program management office (PMO). You will serve as the primary acquisition support FTE responsible for directly interfacing with COR’s and OSP senior leadership as required.
Responsibilities:

• Write, review, and coordinate at least the following documents: acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, analysis of alternatives (AoA) studies, technical evaluations, support to OSP decision boards and other acquisition assignments as required.
• Work with the Government Chief of Staff and COR’s to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management.
• Prepare, maintain, and present acquisition, financial and budget reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing

Qualifications:
Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering projects

Desired:

• Experience working with NGA acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects
• Experience with systems engineering activities at NGA, DoD or other IC members
• Experience with DoD or other IC entities in the acquisition or contract management related fields
