Lifeforce was created in partnership with Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and M13, some of the biggest influencers in the performance medicine and longevity space (Tony and Peter’s recent book on this topic, also called Life Force, is a 2022 NYT bestseller). Our model was built alongside scientific advisors from the Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Hospital, Boston University, and Harvard Medical School.
After attracting several thousand members in our first six months, we’re now looking for an exceptional marketing leader to own Lifeforce’s brand and organic growth channels. This is an opportunity to do career-making work by defining a new category alongside world experts and global influencers. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Co-Founders to craft a distinctive brand that embodies our mission, aligns with our values, supports our long-term strategy, and provides a catalyst for our members to take control of their health. You will have the latitude to express your creative vision and the full backing of the executive team to deliver that vision across all customer touchpoints.
As an early hire and a senior executive, you will also act as a thought partner to the founders on the business beyond marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define brand and product positioning within the performance health and longevity category to cement Lifeforce as the solution of choice within the space.
- Define the Lifeforce voice and visual aesthetic, and ensure consistent execution across all consumer touch points.
- Be the voice of our customer: develop deep empathy for our customers, and use that knowledge to determine how we can deliver and communicate value they care about.
- Build a team of channel experts and analysts to grow your impact over time across PR, organic social, content, community, referrals, partnerships, and corporate communications.
- Lead integrated brand and marketing planning, execution, and reporting for all channels under your supervision; own the relationship with all agencies and partners that support this work.
- Oversee the brand marketing budget, set performance targets for your channels, and report regularly on performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams from our partner organizations (e.g. Tony Robbins Research International, M13) to ensure we’re harnessing the full power of the ecosystem
What you’ll be bringing:
- A personal passion for health optimization, longevity, or performance improvement.
- 10+ years total experience with proven track record of 4+ years leading Brand Marketing at a notable consumer brand with responsibility for organic acquisition and retention outcomes.
- Ability to be scrappy while building for scale.
- Perspective on how primary marketing channels tie together in full funnel strategy, from awareness to conversion.
- Mastery in the strategic, creative, and storytelling components of brand.
- Strong knowledge of brand measurement frameworks and methodologies.
- Track record of growing organic channels, particularly social and influencer partnerships.
- Experience building and growing a DTC brand.
- Ability to think broadly to contribute to overall business strategy.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams; a respected people manager and team lead.
