Frog Rock is looking for a Full Time, Year Round Line Cook to join our family. We look for positive, energetic, motivated, reliable, and loyal team players. The ideal candidate will be a professional line cook, comfortable working all areas of the line. Candidates must be able to prepare food to exact recipes and specifications, and be able to set up, break down, and maintain stations in the kitchen. Candidates should have knowledge of kitchen safety and procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and goals as a team.
Competitive hourly wage based on experience with benefits available.
$1500 bonus for those employed full time after six months.
Requirements:
- Preferred 1 year minimum line experience in a fast paced, high volume, professional kitchen for a full service restaurant
- Flexible availability - days/nights, weekends, and some holidays required
- ServSafe certified or ready to become certified upon hire
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Perform daily prep and proper stocking of stations
- Follow opening and closing procedures for each line station
- Ensure quality of products
- Prepare entrees as requested from guests upholding quality standards and menu requirements
- Operate and maintain standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with FOH team to ensure efficient and timely service and guest satisfaction
- Perform daily kitchen clean up and routine deep cleans
- Some dishwashing required

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
