Associates - Plaintiff’s Trial Lawyers

Well-established and nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm in Houston, Texas is seeking to add new trial lawyers to our rapidly growing law firm. Our firm has been helping the injured and wronged for over 16 years throughout the nation in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation. We have developed a specialty in trucking litigation and traumatic brain injury cases.

The firm is experiencing rapid growth in the areas of personal injury, property damage, and mass torts. This growth presents unique opportunities to results-oriented trial lawyers who desire a high-energy work environment which fosters professional growth and development in a variety of practice areas. The firm supports our team with continuing legal education and pays for approved additional trial lawyer training. We provide training to our trial lawyers that is unparalleled. Attorneys will assume a full case load and have the total support of the firm in bringing these cases to resolution. Formal marketing and administration is handled 100% by the firm’s large staff.

This position is an excellent opportunity for: 1. Small firm or solo attorneys who want a lot of trial experience with the backing of an established firm and a steady flow of work; or 2. Defense attorneys that are seeking the right opportunity to switch sides. At least three years of personal injury litigation experience is a must. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Full benefits, 401K, profit sharing, and ability to earn percentages of fees earned on cases handled by trial lawyers. The case bonuses provide uncapped income potential.

Experience:

· 3+ years of plaintiff practice (actual trial experience highly preferred)

· At least $1 million in gross settlements as first chair and/or at least 10 settlements over $100,000 in prelitigation or litigation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
