Do the RIGHT THINGS.

A Live-in Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping activities
• Provide companionship and engage client in appropriate activities

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance puts you at the top of the list!
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before starting work
• High school diploma or GED
• Meet the requirements for employees providing direct patient care including pass a full employment background check
• Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation during the interview process that meets the State licensing law for home health agencies
• 1+ year of experience as a personal caregiver (with an agency or private)
• Current CPR Certificate is recommended
• CNA, HHA, or PCA training certificate is preferred but your experience is also a factor
