Resident House Manager/Caregiver
We are looking for a leader to train for our in-house manager position at The Doctor’s Inn Adult Family Home. This person will oversee residents care needs and staff members, as well as providing top notch care. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working with the elderly in a small home setting. The Doctor’s Inn is a licensed to care for up to 5 people. Some of the medical needs we specialize in are dementia, Alzheimer's, special diets, and hospice care. We currently have 4 very mild mannered residents. We are committed to providing professional compassionate assistance in a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring a life of dignity and independence for seniors in our community.

This is a full-time salaried position averaging 40-50 hours per week. This is a live on-site position with rent and utilities covered by The Doctor's Inn. The in-house manager lives on site in a separate 1500 square foot, 2-bedroom apartment will its own full kitchen and outdoor space. The ideal candidate will be able to move on-site beginning in April. Facility orientation and training to start as soon as possible.
