THE ROLE:
The Fan Engagement Coordinator is responsible for communicating with music fans on a daily basis, managing guest relations at Country Nation festivals, and analyzing how to improve guest experiences.
What the job is:
- Management and coordination of fan service program for Country Nation festivals.
- Analyze and respond to all fan festival emails in a timely manner.
- Manage guest services for Country Nation festivals including hiring and training staff and submitting daily recaps during festival weekends.
- Create guest services staff guides.
- Analyze post festival fan survey results and provide a report to the festival team.
What a qualified candidate should possess:
- A high school diploma/GED required.
- Experience of 1-3 years in the concert, festival or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs. Adobe Photoshop and graphic design skills are a plus.
- Flexible work hours and ability to travel
- Superior communication, guest service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work under high pressure situations.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
