Job description
As a member of the concierge team, you become responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional and hospitable workplace environment through guest services, visitor management, conference center booking management, and the execution of concierge services. Throughout your role, you will excel at establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all guests, residents, and members. With hospitality at the forefront of the mind, you will be the main point of contact for visitors to the area, acting as a guide and point of reference to others, and will be knowledgeable on a range of resident and guest needs.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all guest and resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Oversee visitor management software and ensure guests are greeted warmly and directed to their appropriate meeting place
- Answer phones and take messages professionally and promptly
- Monitor email inbox consistently, upon arrival and throughout the day, for daily updates on conference room bookings and or resident inquires
- Responds to all resident/member inquiries and booking requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manages office services by ensuring operations and procedures are organized and correspondences are controlled
- Coordinate concierge service requests including but not limited to:
- Transportation/Travel/Hotel
- Dining Advice/Reservations/Catering
- Entertainment
- Gift/Flower Purchases
- Assist with guest and resident inquiries in connection with amenity services including but not limited to:
- Greeting and wayfinding
- Visitor and guest escorting
- Gym/Wellness Services
- Cure Membership
- Building Events and Programming
- Event Space Booking/Planning
- Manages the intake and booking of internal conference room requests including beverage requests, catering management, and audio-visual/IT
- Work with the Ambassador team to ensure conference rooms for executive and client meetings are well kept and maintained including surrounding office area(s) and assigned workstation
- Assist in the coordination and execution of any catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements requested with conference room bookings
- Act as an asset to other administrative staff and the Cure Experience team with support overflow work
