• Job Description : * Explore with Import & Export regulations for non-standard countries * To Ensure the LSP been Audited periodically * In case of LSP fail in pick up or on safety then will be responsibility for route cause analysis and to review the performance and to raise non-conformance and work towards improvement. Support claim process by submitting necessary logistics documents to * Support claim process by submitting necessary logistics documents to Insurance processing and follow up till settlement, by submitting necessary logistics documents to claim process management team * Overall ownership of Logistics execution and Routing * Follow up with Suppliers/ GE Finance / GE sourcing / Sites for transport Documentation. * Monitoring with Suppliers / Sites for Loading, unloading & Safe Transportation in line with GE EHS requirement * Reverse logistics of fixtures and saddles * Visiting Project Sites , supplier facility & Ports as and when required * LSP Payment follow up and tracking and recording ; Freight bills monitoring with GE Finance & Queries related to finance attending * Tracking of LSP invoices with B2P , Apex & Sabrix Team, expedite to resolve Apex & Sabrix issues. * Expedite with Finance Team for LSP Invoices for Expedited WF for Payment, Payment Resolution, Correction in invoices w.r.t Service Tax, quantity mismatch and address Issues etc. * Trouble-shooting on freight audit procedure when docs missing or new requirement emerging by working with Freight forwarder, Interlog and GE Team * Pending Payment Provision Report (Monthly Report ) * Maintaining record for movements * Getting priority shipment details from the user of the shipment for better communication and Interacting with LSP throughout the day till execution gets completed as per requirement * MOR ( Detail of No. of shipment Cleared, with spent and deflation ) * Capture all data points (i.e. dates, shipment, tracking, cost, documentation) for optimal transport execution and reporting needs. * Ontime Delivery and Ontime Pick up Report ( Monthly ) * Critical Shipment Pick-up & Delivery Confirmation ( Monthly ) * Support logistics quality improvement by timely record in NC system for any non-conformance at transactional level & Monthly Report (Import, Export & Domestic )
