Our international team is looking for Logistics Analysts to join our team due to continuous project growth. Currently we are looking for team members in Netherlands, US and Singapore to support our Big Tech client.

Team Objective:

The team's main objective is to provide Equipment Buy Support, Logistics & Liaison support with shipping partners and also provide Tech Support for program operations. They manage the equipment used in image collection projecrts and keep this equipment running in the field, retrieve it, service it and manage

equipment inventories at hardware depots. A logistics analyst is responsible for overseeing the life cycle of a product, including shipment, order updates, packaging & labeling, and legal clearances.

The schedule for the team in Mountain View is Monday-Friday, standard business hours, hybrid: 3 days in office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse slotting, route planning)
  • Oversee inventory procedures
  • Manage shipment requests for domestic and international orders and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders through delivery
  • Work with trade compliance team and 3PL to make sure that all international shipments comply with export/import regulations
  • Facilitate the packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for air shipment
  • Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, and distribution
  • Helpdesk support via ticketing system (similar to Zendesk)

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in logistics industry, inventory or warehouse management
  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
  • Bachelor’s in Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar areas
  • Technological savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving
