Tri Star Freight System is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher with at least 2 years’ experience in trucking/transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Will work closely with owner operator truck drivers
• Must understand rate/quotes/billing
• Familiar with Load Boards, PC Miler
• Set up loads with load brokers and carriers
• Provide customers LTL/Volume/Full Loads rates
• Understand how to put a load together, provide driver with a quote
• Responsible for reports to management
• Other duties as assigned
• Computer Savvy - with advanced computer skills
• Excellent customer service expected
• Must be available and willing to work Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Dependable - attendance is very important, as well as being at work as expected

Full-time position, 8 am to 5 pm with one hour unpaid lunch and two paid 10 minute breaks offered per day. Benefits eligibility on 1st of the Month, following sixty days of permanent employment.
