About the Role:

Our team is looking for a passionate and driven individual to serve as a Logistics Coordinator, working out of our Orlando, FL office. Our logistics coordinator will handle incoming customer and carrier calls, provide shipping quotes, coordinate vehicle transport and handle all customer service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between our customers, drivers, and dispatching team to support orders from inception to delivery

• Provide transportation quotes for customers, over-the-phone and through our online quote system

• Deliver 5-star customer service to our customers over the phone and email. Assist with any inquiries regarding order statuses, availability, scheduling, general transportation questions, etc

• Communicate order statuses and information to all relevant parties, including drivers, customers, and dispatching team

• Enter order data into system, while also maintaining accuracy of data by updating orders anytime new information comes available

• Support our team of professional drivers with any order related questions

• Assist dispatch team with tasks
• Travel as needed to provide on-site support at a variety of car events & car auctions nationwide

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Focused on delivering quality within all aspects of operation

• Ability to work collaboratively with team as well as working independently

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• A passion for all things automotive is a plus!

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
