As a Logistics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support on a wide range of responsibilities. In addition to logistics management, you will also be responsible for managing programs and projects, budgeting, planning, and invoicing, international logistics operations and finding creative solutions to unique logistics challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS / ANALYTICS
Provide logistics operations support for Red Bull North America
Coordinate, manage and provide reporting of international and domestic shipments
Ensure successful transportation while identifying opportunities for freight cost reduction
Provide statistical reporting and analysis of logistics programs and ad hoc requests
Review and approve logistics invoicing
Support electronic invoice implementation
Provide other logistics/operations support and communications, as needed
TRANSPORTATION AND WAREHOUSE
Transportation/warehouse oversight and issue resolution
Provide analysis and recommendations to improve transportation and warehouse operations
Maintain/create documentation and procedures for logistics/operations
Manage freight and warehouse damage claims process
REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE
Maintain compliance programs with state or federal regulatory agencies (FDA, CBP, etc.)
Perform facility audits as required to ensure compliance with RBNA storage, handling and security requirements
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Administer Profit Zone program for cold equipment placement nationally
Maintain the spare parts process for cold equipment repair
Manage other logistics/operations projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- 2 - 5 years of experience in logistics operations and support
- Strong excel skills
- Experience working with a major ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Analytical, highly motivated self-starter able to work independently under general supervision
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English, additional languages an advantage
